1. Scope

FAB acts as a B2B supplier of accommodation and land services to registered travel professionals only.

2. Contractual Relationship

All bookings are subject to:

• Signed B2B agreement, or
• Accepted booking confirmation and rate conditions

3. Rates & Availability

• Rates are confidential and net unless otherwise stated
• Subject to availability at time of booking
• Dynamic pricing may apply

4. Payments

• Payment terms as agreed contractually
• Late payments may result in booking suspension
• FAB reserves the right to request prepayment

5. Cancellations & Amendments

• Governed by hotel/supplier policies
• No-shows charged 100% unless otherwise stated

6. Liability

FAB acts as an intermediary between suppliers and buyers and is not liable for force majeure events.

7. Governing Law

Unless otherwise agreed, contracts are governed by Egyptian law.
