Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Cancellation terms are defined by:

• Contracted hotel policies
• Service-specific conditions
• Special rate or promotional conditions

Typical rules:

• No-shows are charged 100%
• Partial cancellations may affect contracted rates
• Group bookings are subject to separate cancellation schedules

FAB reserves the right to suspend services in case of repeated late cancellations or payment defaults.
