Refund Policy
Refunds for bookings made through FAB are strictly governed by the supplier’s hotel / service provider cancellation and refund policies, as communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
- Refunds are processed only after confirmation from the supplier
- Any bank charges, transfer fees, or exchange rate differences are borne by the client

FAB reserves the right to deduct non-refundable costs, including but not limited to:
- Supplier penalties
- Administrative fees
- Third-party service charges
