Refund Policy

Refunds for bookings made through FAB are strictly governed by the supplier’s hotel / service provider cancellation and refund policies, as communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

  • Refunds are processed only after confirmation from the supplier
  • Any bank charges, transfer fees, or exchange rate differences are borne by the client
  • FAB reserves the right to deduct non-refundable costs, including but not limited to:
    • Supplier penalties
    • Administrative fees
    • Third-party service charges

Refund processing timelines may vary depending on supplier procedures and settlement cycles.
